IndiGo has introduced 6Eskai, an AI-enabled chatbot on WhatsApp, allowing passengers to book flight tickets directly through the messaging app. Developed in partnership with Google’s Riafy Technologies, this feature serves as a pocket digital travel agent, offering a range of services including flight bookings, check-ins, boarding pass inquiries, and answers to travel-related questions.
According to the airline, this new feature aims to simplify air travel and attract more passengers by providing a one-stop solution for all travel and flight-related queries, eliminating the need for third-party applications.
Passengers can use this service in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Tamil.
